The service

YrPass lets you create Digital Product Passports: public web pages with QR codes that describe your products. Contact: yanki@echox.us.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information in your product passports. You are the publisher of your passport content; we host it.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, misleading, or infringing content in passports or photos.
• No attempts to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and pricing

The free plan includes up to 3 product passports. Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Prices may change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Important disclaimers

• YrPass is a tool for publishing product information. It does not constitute legal advice, and using it does not by itself guarantee compliance with the EU ESPR regulation or any other law. Regulatory requirements depend on your product category and are still evolving, so verify your obligations with a qualified advisor.
• The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
